I’ve been a book lover since Green Eggs and Ham. Every year in high school, my English teachers’ recommended reading lists were my shopping lists at bookstores and libraries. I hope to have books of my own (rom-coms, to be specific) published one day. Books are a big part of my life.
And by far, my favorites are always novels with totes amaze female protagonists. And my role models are inevitably the genius authors who wrote them — especially women like Jane Austen, Emily Brontë, Harper Lee, and Margaret Mitchell.
Luckily, there are scores upon scores of books like these — featuring a strong female character, written by a woman, or both — that we can discuss over a warm cup of coffee (or a tall glass of wine).
Take a look at some of the books we’re already talking about and join in the conversation …

NOTE: I tend to cover books in parts (I
am a slow reader tend to savor books, so this seems most efficient). The links on this page will take you to the first posting on a given book. But don’t worry — at the end of each post, I’ll link to the previous and subsequent (as applicable) posts on that book so you can easily follow along.
